Hi Dear Chess Friends!

I am working as a chess coach, I have 14 years experience in teaching chess to students of all ages and levels.

I am Fide trainer. Chief-coach of Tbilisi international chess academy. Member of the Fide Trainers Committee. Vice-President of Georgian chess federation. My profile on Fide: ratings.fide.com/profile/13601091

World Champion in age category 1995.

Twice European Champion in age categories 1993 and 1994.

Georgian Champion in 2005.

Georgian Champion in age categories 9 times.

Champion and medalist of many Open tournaments.

Member of Georgian national team several times.

Teaching experience

I have 14 years experience in teaching chess to students of all ages and levels. They all play actively in tournaments.

I'm doing training camps in different countries (India, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, China).

I have done several lectures during Olympiads.

I am Fide trainer since 2016.

Other experiences

Chess commentator on Georgian Chess TV also I'm doing commentaries during European team championship in 2019.

Openings, strategy and overall understanding.

Teaching methodology

1) Check the student’s games and analyze with them their weaknesses.
2) Create a training schedule based on their needs.
3) Increase overall understanding of chess by analyzing top players games.
4) Start studying basic endgames, then continue until we reach advanced endgame knowledge.
5) Build tailored and permanent opening repertoire.
6) Give daily homework after each lesson.
