Playing experience
Started playing chess when I was around 7. Became a Grandmaster in 2006.
Teaching experience
I have been teaching chess for a long time already.
Teaching methodology
The most important thing is to develop the right way of thinking. Focusing on typical positions, middlegame plans, all kind of pawn structures and developing a prophylactic thinking. I strongly believe in studying chess classics.
Basic endgames, especially the rook endgames and then focusing on complex endgames.
Once the student has mastered the basics then I help him/her fix the openings.
