I'm an English Grandmaster who is passionate about chess!
Playing experience
In 1998 I became World Under 18 Champion and in 2021 I became British Champion. I have played for England on many occasions and have been a Grandmaster since 2003.
Teaching experience
I have taught chess to all levels for over 20 years. Every chess player has their own personality, and I tailor lessons to the individual.
Other experiences
I have produced several chess training video courses.
Best skills
It has to be fun! The harder you work, the more you get out of it. The key is to think on a high level.
Teaching methodology
I try and push the student as hard as possible, whilst keeping in mind that the most important thing is that they enjoy the lessons! Different students require different approaches.
