The second Kingston Invitational is a 9 round all-play-all tournament with this edition including title norm opportunities!

The festival consists of a Masters (IM Norm) Group and a FIDE Rated all-play-all Group. Both groups consisting of 10 players. The tournaments take place in Room 2012 in the John Galsworthy Building.
