Putting £50 in pot to stimulate ideas.

I had an Idea of chess players that are into various aspects of science in research or development.
Once the right idea is found, then this £50 will be there on a monthly or Bi weekly session.
The money Pot could be linked to ratings on lichess, checked for bots, and Alt accounts.
Using the money to grant wings.
Ideas welcome, what would you do to stimulate tournament's that anyone has a chance to win.
Would a Simul work.
I am always open to useful ways of getting Fun into Chess.
