We are all proud..

Women, Men and Magnus

We all thought that it won't come to this, but let's address the elephant in the room.

I could give any woman in the world a piece and a move; to Graprindashvili even, a knight.

As chess gains more and more traction we have to think about why it is that women are underrepresented
and underperforming in the chess community. Some think that the situation arises as a consequence of oppresive patriarchy, while others are certain that women bad. I myself am a member of the second group of people. But let's try to be as objective as possible. It might be healthy to avoid speculations and take a look at facts.

  1. Women bad

  2. Carlsen good

  3. Therefore Carlsen ain't no woman.

Let's take our inferences further and say that such a relationship is an equivalence. Therefore, no Carlsen is a woman. It's as simple as that. Mainly because Carlsen is a very manly name. Not everyone agrees with that fact, Nakamura I'm looking at you, so I'll give the following proof.
    Proof:
Proof is left as an exercise to the reader, since it's trivial.

Now that we have proved our statement about women and Carlsen we can conclude that the set of all women doesn't intersect set of all chess players, which is also equal to the set of all virgins.
If you have got so far as to read these words, I congratulate you on our mutual journey through the sad world of chess. Have a good day.
