Yes, you can say that in no way. I know that there are many online courses that graduate "programmers" in 3 months. They are usually located somewhere at the level of juniors, respectively, for those who are just rolling into IT, they create huge competition and complicate the job search.
But it doesn't concern me in any way, because for me programming is more like an interesting hobby, not a future job.
So I am aware that there are many such programmers, but the attitude towards them is more than indifferent
