Mikhail Tal was born in Riga,Letonia .Tal was 8th world champion
Fast progressing Tal in 1954 he take M (Master) degree.
In 1960 he play with Mikhail Botvinnik when he won he take that degree.In 1961 he again played with Mihail Botvinnik and he lost he gave that degree.
Tal died in 28 June 1992 Moskova.
