1. Find a company to make it with, this will help you start out. I use Weebly.
2. Select a Theme. This is what your site will look like, and there are multiple different sections for different types of sites. If you are making a blog, however, you do not have to select a blog theme.
3. Give it a domain of https://-------.weebly.com - or whatever site maker you are using - and this will be a free domain until you decide if you want to pay for one or not.
4. Edit it using the editor it comes with. If you are making a site with Weebly, feel free to contact me. I can help.
5. Publish it!
