Here are a few tips to improve in ultra bullet

Firstly, and most importantly, u have to improve in slower time controls. U can't expect to be 1700 in ultra and 1100 in rapid. U have to improve in slower time controls. Read books, watch videos on YouTube. Watch the games of great players, super GMs, world champions, etc.
Don't let ultra be an addiction and effect ur standard chess. Ultra is just for fun.
Get a strong mouse, if u play on computer.
Improve your reflexes, if u play on mobile phone or tablet.
Make sensible premoves. Don't make useless moves, blundering all ur pieces just bcs it's ultra.
Play fast in the opening and endgame, hardly spending any time, but take ur time in the middle game. I usually give my opening and endgame 2.5 seconds, but I keep 10 seconds for my middle game. It's the most important stage of ultra, don't premove unnecessarily.
U can't trust ur opponent. He may use some ultra trick. Like
If u r white, ur opponent may play Bh3, taking ur bishop and took. I would suggest u to premove h4 and Nh3 in the opening stages, so that u will easily capture his bishop, in case he does that.
Nh3 will capture the bishop, while h4 won't be a valid move (in case he plays Bh3), so u can easily capture the bishop.
Don't be too slow in the endame.
Don't give unnecessary check, blundering ur pieces away. Start giving checks only when ur opponent has less than 1.5 seconds on the clock (I use that tactic in blitz as well).
If u r left with only a king, move like an insane buy. There is always a chance of a draw in ultra.
Don't play too much ultra continuously, too much ultra causes eye ache, or headache.
