Personally, I think that lichess is better at higher levels of play, while chess.com is stronger at lower levels. The gameplay on Lichess is so smooth and the instant premoves are definitely a big asset for time scrambles.
Chess.com has a better player pool, and good courses (but limited for unpaid users like me), and I like puzzle system of chess.com more (I mean the set of puzzle rush, battle and puzzles) except that I wish they add analysis like lichess to show my strength and weaknesses based on sampling some of my recently solved.
