POWER OF GOD

Once upon a time in England there was a prince wanting to rule the world. He gathered his army and set out to conquer lands. They went to war and when they won, they would make the occupants slaves and force young men to become part of the army. This went on for a few years, but the prince could not fulfill his dream of ruling the world. For 24 years he kept trying but failing he still was able to rule a quarter of the land he won but he was not satisfied. More people became afraid and went into hiding but few remained alive. a small village had not surrendered and was planning not to. waning freedom they rehearsed their plan at dusk and the crack of dawn with there with their chief they also prayed to god to help them through this hard time one day a young man was praying to god when he heard a voice in his head it spoke “Do not be afraid the lord is with you go an warn the village for the prince's army is coming I will be your protection from death a thousand dead might fall to your right and left but nothing will happen to you I shall be your sord and shield so go and warn my people they might not believe you but take this staff and show them the power of God” go in peace, The young man emerged from the trees and grabbing the stick god chose for him he ran to the chief and told the news. We must prepare for war yes, he said but do not forget that god is our savior. On the day of the battle, they prepared for war and ambushing the king and holding him but not harming him for they wanted peace. They were eating beans and rice for lunch when they heard a battle cry; they immediately left and armed themselves with pocketknives, guns, mutation, and a few cannons. The young man which welded no weapons, but a staff of god was at the front of the army. A few people from prince James IV snicker and laughed. the young man named Jacob stepped up and said you are about to witness the power of the true god Jesus. This time the wind spoke in his ear “Gently plant the staff on the ground and they will fall back and retreat” Jacob did what he was told and there was an earth-shaking rumble and the army and prince James IV left and were never heard from again and the villagers lived happily ever after honoring their new chief Jacob and their god.
