Chess Master Title at any age?

Question: Does anybody can achieve a Fide Master Title at any age?

Hello. It is Fmismydream here. I know there are many people who are having the same story:
-learning chess rules as a kid,
-then quitting for long time period
-coming back when it is already very late
-asking yourself if i can manage to increase my chess skills to compete with titled players and maybe some day getting one too.

So here we are. I am 28. A year ago i came back to chess and I started to treat it very serious. Before that, my expierence was to play some online chess without any deep insight and having fun. I tried to improve, but this improvement wasn't basef on a plan. So i had my ups and downs. And then i decided to change my approach and started to think and plan my chess studies much better. I took lessons with IM teacher. We analysed my weaknesses and right now I am working on it.

So summing up.
I am 28. I have job in 2 different countries and it is completely not related to chess. Two weeks ago my daughter was born. I have a family. But! I decided to go for my dream, which is competing on a master level. And my goal is to pass 2000 Fide elo before my 30th birthday and second goal is to achieve FM Title 3 years after that.
