International School of Hamburg (ISH) Chess Family & Friends
This is an open group for anybody that is associated with the International School of Hamburg who would like to play chess. In order to be accepted please let us know, why you want to join this group and your connection to ISH. Invited is everybody that has some link to ISH: you may be a student, teacher or staff member, parent, family friend, grandparent or alumni. Upon registration to this group, please provide your first and last name and birth date as some tournaments have age restrictions. Join the fun!
ISH does not transfer any personal data of individuals to LICHESS. Please refer to their privacy policy, which lists what personal data the site collects and how it is used. We also refer you to LICHESS’ Terms and Conditions page.
If your child is under 16, we strongly recommend that the account be on “kid-mode” this will ensure that all communication functions are disabled. This means that children will not be able to use the in-game chat services, however, they will also not receive emails from the club leader sent through the app. If kid-mode is enabled, please check the portal regularly to see our upcoming tournaments.
