Eastern Daily Atomic Arena Team

Right now it's virtually impossible for users from Eastern Europe to get on to play in the Daily Atomic Arena (including me). Let's change that. We will make atomic tournaments, once per day, at the fixed hour of 4 PM GMT. At 3 PM that time, any online member of this team will look at the atomic tournaments, and if the tournament doesn't already exist, they will make one with the title "Eastern Daily Atomic" with a time control of 3+0, 1 hour long, with 1 hour delay. That way we will have a prototype for the tournament until Lichess developers decide to make an official one :D
