Campaign to Get Rid of Lichess Spammers

WE NEED TO GET RID OF SPAMMERS! They're ruining the forums and all possible chat rooms on lichess and they cost valuable lichess server space! Help me go on a campaign to catch and ban all the lichess spammers.
