What is the difference between the 1350 I have in Fritz 15 and 1500+ I have here ?
Any correlation with USCF or FIDE ratings

FIDE, USCF, lichess, etc. have different rating systems and different player pools. There are some approximative conversion formulas, but it's best to view these ratings separately.

Thanks. I was looking for a true picture of where I stand so when I go to the club I can find a worthy over the board opponent.
