computer evaluation feature disappeared!

When I became a member, a few weeks ago, I was able to get a computer analysis after each game I played by clicking on "game analysis" first and then an icon called "computer evaluation" appeared. After I clicked on it each of my (or my opponent`s) moves were evaluated (good, bad, blunder) and suggestions were given. Unfortunately this computer feature is not there anymore and when I click on "game analysis" after a game there is just an empty board. Can anyone tell me what is going on??

Could you provide additional information? By the way, this is probably more suited for the Forum.

What browser do you use? I had this problem when I used Internet Explorer. I'm playing on Chrome now.
Or read this: lichess.org/qa/3193/i-cant-start-the-computer-analysis-anymore

Thanks for trying to help me. I am using Google Chrome. I have had many days between trying to get the feature back, but nothing works. No matter whether it is bullet, blitz or standard.
That is pretty frustrating, because the computer analysis was one of the best features of lichess, actually the initial reason for me to become a member...
