Is it worth reporting cheat at corr?

I read some where that they dont investigate cheating in correspondense. In corr game I got beaten by cheating noob who is 300 points below me at all live controls.

Cheating *may* be harder to prove in correspondence games, but is never allowed in any rated game format (and should be reported). Note that traditionally opening books and endgame tablebases are allowed in correspondence games.
