Enforcing Yellow Card and Red Cards

So, due to some forfeits, I thought we'd enforce the following rule:

Yellow card: Miss one match
Red card: Miss two matches

One red card: you're out till next year

Just for clarification: forfeiting a match (in advance) does not count as "missing", I suppose?

Can we also clarify who if anyone is on yellow cards?
