Its not about number of years, its about how intensely you work and what the priorities are. If you are 13-15 now then given the lichess rating no reason you cannot make FM if you want it enough.

Look up the Lichess blogs on titled arenas - in cases where the username is ‘public’ they often say who the winner is.

It’s good, and chess is a great game at all levels, but there are also 5 year olds with lichess rapid around 1900. So not exceptional either.
