@FynnActon , you need minimum of 30-50 games per year to reflect your accurate FIDE rating.
You have two options,
1. Pay more money to Fide to get accurate rating
2. Play free in here to get " Free rating". ( my personal choice currently)
#38, from what I have seen, region is an important factor. Now you might be thinking, "how?". I have observed people from the eastern side (like India, Bangladesh) have lower ratings, but their playing strength is much higher. This might be because the number of chess players are more but the tournaments (for so many people) are relatively low. They don't get the chance to increase their ratings, but no one can change their "actual" playing strength (after all, rating is just a number that tells how one performed at a certain time). So, when they play here, they naturally have their ratings higher that their fide ones.
This is just my thought.
