Was my opponent using a chess engine?

I played a bullet game against an opponent rated 1132 and after computer analysis it reported that my opponent had only 13 average centipawn loss and 0 blunders, 0 inaccuracies and 0 mistakes . Is this even possible for an 1100 player? Please help!! And how do I post my game?
