I have a team lichess.org/team/tournament-club and I reward people for good behavior by making them leader. The thing is, some people may turn against you or they are just mean and they can kick every leader off. If that happens, what will I do? Can there be a feature where there are levels of leaders and who can kick, or can there be a way to change what leaders have what powers? If anyone has any ideas of how Lichess can solve this problem please post it. I hope Lichess makes it so that only the maker of the team can make and delete team leaders.

For now, just don't promote others to team leader. I think that lichess should have different ranks, other than team leader and member.
