Wayward Queen Attack - Noone finds mate in 1?!

This position has been won only 43% by White according to the Lichess database (across all rating levels)

r1bqkb1r/pppp1ppp/2n2n2/4p2Q/2B1P3/8/PPPP1PPP/RNB1K1NR w KQkq - 4 4

The checkmating move does not appear at all in the database. I can't comprehend this. The whole point of this ridiculous opening is this cheap trick, and yet no one opening this way seems to know ?!

The most frequent moves are to retreat with the queen and the most frequent move without the queen is giving the check with the bishop

lichess doesnt store in the database games that are too short i think

That's great information. I know I've checkmated people with it.
I'm downloading the August archive right now to verify this. Unfortunately it will take a long time despite my 1000Mbps line, because I'm only getting ~80 Mbps from the server.
This position is extremely well known and a waste of tempo on whites part. Black just has to play 3... g6 and white has to retreat his queen. If its not appearing in a database its likely because only low level players would play for scholars mate or anything similar.

Cool! Any news about how frequent games ended with a checkmate in this position?

all average ratings are over 1600, how do you explain that?

That wouldn't explain not one single person taking the mate in 1, since that's what they're playing for if they did it most likely. The explanation someone gave, that if the game is too short it's not counted. That's the only explanation that works here. Not about low level players.
I just tested the database and the minimum number of moves for a game to be counted seems to be five.
One exception I found was this draw:
1 Nf3 Nf6
2 Ng1 Ng8
3 Nf3 Nf6
4 Ng1 Ng8
After Ng1 it says that Ng8 will lead to a draw in 23% of the games, so they are counted. The explanation might be that the starting position doesn't count as part of a repetition.
