lobby filter does not work

Today, it's fixed for me.
Thanks developers ;)
I just found this thread to speak up that lobby filter seems to be working from yesterday - found it just by coincidence , seeing some other ZH games in the filtered list - Thank you! Gege07 have found it first :)
I urgently ask to revert to the code used before this bug, because it is extremely annoying to set all the parameters over and over again. I will stop playing, if the actual situation is not going to change soon.
@Aeffbauer "I will stop playing, if the actual situation is not going to change soon."

In physics we call that the Future Ragequit Paradox; where a quit event happens at a point located temporally before an outcome upon which that event is dependent.
The alternative is waiting until the actual situation is going to change but it never does. After some time even the most patient person will quit.
Since yesterday , there is another issue with the lobby - unchecking some of the variants doesnt change te filter configuration - also the checkbox widgets show with some strange halo around them ( i need to uncheck the special filter as sometimes two advertised variant games have the same time control and overlap each other so i need to filter the one i really want to click).

Issue shows up in chrome even after an update and a restart but i didnt exhibit that issue in a quick test in M$ Edge.
I'll try to close all the forgotten lichess tabs @my chrome and check again :)

I can see that some people 2 weeks ago reported the same issue as i today - but it wasnt observed a month ago - maybe (meanwhile)<B> there was some other change than this fix ? <B>

In IT this situation is called a "Halting problem" - you can not universally/deliberately determine with an algorithm whether the stop of another program for particular input data will ever occur, you can only hope that the change will happen later or... even later :) - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halting_problem but there of course are digital machines and apps that we know that will always stop as for example the battery gets depleted or a timeout is being achieved :)

In Psycholody, i think, this issue might be called like "growing frustration problem" the frustration is growing until some threshold "value" is being achieved and later... the frustration goes away :) with a burst explosion :)

And in Maths there is another calm proverb for a complexity of some issues/formulas :) - "the rule of shit preservation" - some formulas or theories simply won't get simplified or generalized :)
For some reason the filter works on my laptop but on my desktop I can't save any changes at all. Also the rating range display is "?-?" and I can't change it.
