I really hate any kind of discrimination against race, gender or anything else that can't be changed easily. Awarding special prizes for women is just ridiculous and unjust. You'd award more money to a woman for the exact same performance - that's sexism. And you are implying that women are inferior - that might be sexism too..

Last time I saw him on lichess he was losing a bunch of games on purpose, decreasing his stats. Some shady stuff with him.
