This is a draw. The engine counts a space advantage for black, but there is no way to convert that. This is a fortress and engines are weak at recognising fortresses.
A position which cannot be improved is not good. High numbers which don’t change are no ounce better than a constant „0“. Fortresses. The trend counts, it is your friend.
It's not really a "fortress" (especially since both players could make the same claim). It's just a position with no more play left.
