Shield me from players with provisional ratings?

Can i point out the fact that the person saying shield me from provisional rating players, was once also a provisional player?
@Acarti yes, you can. But I was a good provisional player, not a bot, not a troll, and not using an engine.
I agree with @tpr in that you shouldn't have any issue playing provisional players. We were all there once. Sometimes they're strong, sometimes they're weak. Maybe once in a blue moon they're a cheater. No one'll ever know if they never get to play anyone. So maybe you lose a few rating points because they're stronger than their provisional rating suggests. Oh well. Play some more. Ratings move around. That's what they do. If you are absolutely adamant against playing provisionals, you can always choose to play in a tournament.

(On a side note, the cheater problem is blown way out of proportion. Let's all be better sports about losing, eh?)
You can always set your seek at over 1500 or something to prevent people with 0 games.
Report not always work. One game even if its blatqnt is never enough. Recently I reported 1500 blitz rated with 3 0/0/0 in a row. He is a sure cheater not even hiding it mostly but we ll see if they ban him or not.

There are significantly more cheaters in 15+15 than in 5+3. Significantly means 10 times at least maybe 20 times more.

How do they prevent their return?

Not that its important but games lost to cheaters are still counted in your stats as legit lost games.
