Sometimes 1900+ players also loses with low rated players. Here's why.

I think rating is only a number. If played with enough concentration people can beat Magnus Carlsen too, and sometimes Kasparov. :)

Yes rating is literally a number!
But you're wrong, randoms sub-2200 people can not beat Magnus Carlsen even given 10 minutes vs 1 hour time odd.

It's just the way it is, if Magnus is serious, YOU WILL LOSE. But GG, great match!
No magnus can beat even you without seeing the board in blitz 100/100 times.
So the problem isn't that we suck...it's that we're not concentrating enough!
Reminds me of commie pfren saying the reason none of us (including him) have made GM is because we're just too damn lazy.
It's worth noting that a rating is statistical. There is SOME chance of a 1200 ELO player beating Magnus Carlsen. But the bigger the rating difference, the lower the chance. In all my time playing chess at club level, I can only think of one instance of a GM at a classical OTB time control losing to a player under 1600 ELO. It happens that rarely. I am not going to embarrass who it was. I can't find the game either; think it was in the 90's. It was a real win as well. It wasn't a touch move or a win on time.
