Studies on lichess.org

Do any of you have an example of a really good study? I've messed around with this lichess.org feature but not sure I'm doing it correctly. I would like to see one which demonstrates the capabilities of a study. In the best case, what's the end product look like?

Also would like to know if studies can be two way - that is can two people move pieces around on an analysis board so that they each can see the other's moves?

Any other features you like about studies, please let me know.

Yes multiple people can make moves and it shows up for the other.

An example of a great study is lichess.org/study/PGqJuSGz/t40givlk (Credit to Bigevo8) It documents a teams games from a season of 45+45 as well as puzzles from the games.
