Is this against the rules of lichess?

It is about using the name AND last name of a young female chess player in a username. It seems to me that not long ago I read in Lichess Terms and Conditions that the use of the first and last names of other persons in a username is not allowed. Unfortunately, I currently cannot find a link to the rules where this is written. For now, I'm not going to list the username of the user who used the other person's first and last name.
I use computer asistance to analyze my games to try to learn from my mistakes, but I don't use computer asistance during the game.
If you did that, why would you be marked as using assistance? That mark means you were doing it during a game.
The boundary between impersonation and cheerleading seems thin, if not even blurred.
Happy_Lion, I don't know. Moderators could know that.

Reply to lovlas: When I first saw his username, I first thought of the person with that first name (female chess player), and it wasn't until I looked at his profile that I realized that it was not the female chess player that his username implied. This can be confusing to many.
