not quite sure about the title

b4 was not forced but nice win at the end.

axb4 was the big blunder by Black. Qxb4 stops the creation of the passed a-pawn, at least for the meanwhile.

11. Re8 was a terrible blunder by Black and White had a nice tactic there with 12. Rxe7 Qxe7 Nxe7+ Rxe7.
It would be great had you played that!

6.Qh5 g6 7.Qd5 Rh7 8.Qb5+ c6 9.Qb3 looks quite horrible for black with the rook on h7 too.
3...h6? is overall just a very bad move.

If I play this move order 3...Be7 is my move but 3...Nf6 is also fine it seems 4.Ng5 d5 5.exd5 h6 6.Nf3 e4 unclear but black is OK.
