Studies: "Chapter pinned comment"

When editing a chapter of a chess study, there is an option called "Chapter pinned comment" where you can choose between either "None" or "Right under the board". Can someone explain what these two options do exactly, and what is the point of this feature?
Well you can choose to have a pinned comment or not.

If you select pinned comment you will be able to add one to your study. This comment will remain showing at the bottom of the board permanently as you click through the chapter unlike other comments that only show on a certain move.

lichess.org/study/m1nxyTEm here's a mock study I made where you can see a pinned comment.
Ah, I see. Last I tried I could not even find where to actually enter the text to put below study. I suppose it's somewhere else than the individual move comments?

And I'm still not sure what the point of this feature is - I think the move-by-move comments and annotations are more useful in most cases. (And the chapter title can already be used to convey some general information about the study, if necessary.)
Edit chapter. pinned comment - right under the board. Press save.

Scroll down to the bottom of the study (right under the board) and you will see "Chapter pinned comment" Selecting that will allow you to enter the text.

If you don't find it useful then don't bother with it lol.
