Good morning friends, @thibault I would like to know if there would be another change to increase the sending limit, because many teams are really being harmed because of this, since like mine many are active with tournaments and send only one for day sometimes some tournaments will be forgotten as they usually enter at the time they receive the message and so the tournament will be forgotten later. Hi, Lichess, recently restrictions are imposed on sending messages to teams that lead to the loss of communication of leader and coaches operating on your site with their contacts, such restrictions should be applied to people who send many spam messages to a tournament, not for all your clients ( leaders )

Let's put as example the Lichess Liga. Some captains like to advice hours previous the battle. Then when is 30 or 15 minutes about to start. Then when it starts, and then MAYBE when they see that the team needs reinforcements.
And this approach also can be done with another Ligas.
Now, with only 7 messages, a lot of teams will see how the number of player per battle gets lower.
And then is the fact that some teams plays 3 or 4 battle PER DAY. With this new regulations, they will not be able to send alert messages in most of them.
You don't want an abuse in the amount of messages that team leaders send? That's fine! You can decrease at 20 0r 15 messages per week.
But not this. This is insane and it's destroying the free spirit that Lichess represents.
And whoever says that 7 messages per week for a team is enough, clearly either has no idea how to administrate a team, or is too lucky that with 1 message per battle their team has enough players.

I'm agree, it's absolutely irresponsible. Team battle is started - we can't call teammates. We need help during the team battle - we can't inform teammates about it. We got important offer during the day - we can't inform players about it.
Can anybody explain what is going on? Is it war vs active teams? Or does the Lichess want to establish payments for team messages? Does anybody really know what is going on?

In connection with all the strange measures taken by Lichess recently, I get the feeling that "Li-" in "Lichess" isn't from "live / light / libre", now it looks like from "limitative" / "limiting", imho.
People have to determine themselves what and how much is enough for them, whether to accept someone's messages or not, Lichess should not decide this for us. Otherwise, it is the same as abuse of official position/power.
