Stockfish vs lichess?

I think a really interesting idea would be for everyone on LiChess to play a game of chess with Stockfish or even Leela.

Similar to Kasparov vs The World game, everyone would vote on the next move to be made and we could attempt to defeat the raging monster that is Stockfish.

Do you think it could be done?

Of course it could be done. Better question is "could the meatbags win?" Answer is "no. Not a chance. Even if voting was restricted to 2700+ Elo, still no chance."

A team of 2700+ players with sufficient time to discuss positions and move only after reaching consensus (not vote!)? Maybe, but not guaranteed.

You might as well just watch Stockfish vs Stockfish, as that is what it would amount to as people using the engine would dominate the discussion.

Yeah I guess you're right. Would be interesting to see if some of the super GMs did something like that.

Never even considered engine use actually. My hope has been short lived lol
