Rating Plateau

Hi,
I am currently around a 2300 level player in rapid and 2200 in blitz (I don't play much on lichess anymore) but I have noticed that for the past 6 months or so I have not gained nor lost any rating on chess.com my rating is still 2250 in blitz where it was nearly a year ago. I have also been coaching some of my friends and they have already achieved my level even though they started around half a year ago. This has all been very disheartening to me who has been a life-long chess player and so I decided to ask a question on the forum. Does anyone know a good way to get out of a plateau/slump? All my ratings seem to be staying the same or going down (tactics rating dropped 100 points) and I know many people say this happens with age but I am still in my teenage years. If you have any solutions that would be greatly appreciated thank you :).
It might be helpful to put things in perspective.

Just looking at the first couple of pages of titled players, there are a fair number of them - NM and FM and a few IM - on chess.com who have 2300-2400 blitz and similar rapid ratings. There are some in the 2200s, around your rating, so you're pretty highly rated. For your friends to get to a level competitive with some titled players (even taking into account the play is online) in 6 months is incredible, so I wouldn't feel bad about not improving at that rate.

I think the standard advice for anyone at a pretty high level who needs some help improving is to find a good coach if you don't already have one. And if you do, ask them why you aren't improving. If they don't have any answers for you, maybe find someone else who can help.
Analyze your games (including the rapid and even the blitz online), look at where you made subpar moves and try to understand the reasoning behind the correct ones in those positions. It will build your feel for the game over time.

Addendum: Oftentimes during the course of the game you will linger on a choice between two or more candidate moves. Look at the path not taken in analysis. Look at forks in positions that come up in analysis itself. There is something to take out of every game.
So you're saying that some beginners you know got to 2300 Rapid in 6 months? Hm.
hmm, you need to get more specific. maybe you got the months wrong or you just dont play the same way, im weaker than you so i cant judge anything
Chess.com does not catch cheaters
Just kidding
Maybe Watching Educational Streamers beating 2400s can help you beat 2400s which means you will be a 2500 .
I would like to give you advice.
Wait I am still plateau at 2200 in here for 1 year now. (was 2000 in 2 years ago, an old returnee in his 40s)
