Why is this not a draw?

Did you put any thought or effort at all into finding the answer yourself? This forum is absolutely flooded with people asking the same question, why do none of you ever bother to look? Is it surprising you don’t know the rules when you show so little interest in learning about them?

White won because black ran out of time, and there are still possible mating sequences on the board for white. This is been demonstrated so, so, SO many times in this forum that I can’t be bothered. Look it up yourself.
And yet you're the one who doesn't know the rules. You should also read about en passant and whether or not b1/b8 being attacked prevents one from castling queenside.
@TheSecretPatzer Am I missing something? Are you not the one here who doesn’t know why they lost a game? And couldn’t be asked to put any effort into finding out why?

I can’t even figure out what point you think you’re making. I don’t even play standard chess here, what does that have to do with your question?
@TheSecretPatzer

You now saying that my rating here means I am not good enough to tell you that you are a whinging ignoramus?
@bunyip I will say in his defense that I wouldn’t call his first post whiny. The opposite really, he asked a question. Lots of the others who do this call it a bug or demand a refund or similar. I just don’t understand why people who do not use the forum at all - this was his first post - don’t bother to research their question at all before asking it. Type “draw” into the search, and it will take him a few seconds to find his answer. So many people post without doing this.

On the other hand, given how much material black had, it’s also the easiest one of these I’ve ever seen in terms of seeing the potential mates.
Does anyone on lichess have a long-term account? All I see are people with questionable ratings 😃
I'm fairly sure another site which rhymes with bess-dot-com wouldn't be so shoddy in it's set up.
It's not a draw because lihess follows FIDE in which you can win on time if it's theoretically possible to mate your opponent.
For example:

51...Kf5 2.Bd3+ Kg4 53.Kd2 Kh3 54.Ke2 Kh2 55.Kf2 Kh1 56.Be2 h3 57.Bg4 h2 58.Bf3#
