How do I verify my ICCF tiitle?

I sent an email to lichess support as I was asked to when I attempted to verify my title.

I was 100% ignored.

So I am turning to the forum. Hopefully a member can help me. But being ignored was very aggressive and offputting.
I personally have nothing against titles like "CGM", "CIM" and "CFM". Just my five cents. Could be in red, like the bot titles.
I don't need or care about having an ICCF title. But because of my strong performance in correspondence games, the system automatically suggested, to avoid suspicion of cheating, that I verify my title.

I emailed them, quite politely and promptly I might add, and was viciously and aggressively and rudely ignored.

that's not very nice:(
Lichess doesn't have any ICCF titles to give you. You don't need to have a title to avoid suspicion of cheating. There are many people on lichess that are better than some GM's but you never see them tagged as cheaters. As long as you don't cheat, you shouldn't tagged as a cheater, so don't sweat it
Ok thanks for the feedback. I enjoy playing CC here. Though I'm sure at least two of my opponents know exactly who I am despite me staying mostly silent.

I'm mostly just bothered by how rude it felt to be so harshly and severely ignored.
Lichess gives engine users a special title in a red frame - even you don’t have to apply formally! I know how ICCF correspondence chess works, I played some corr. games wasting some MegaWatt hours of electricity in the past.

„Ignored aggressively". That sounds interesting!
