I recieved a message, that i lost to a cheater, so my raitings points were refunded. How can i indentify the name of that cheater not to play him again?
I located him, as i felt it during the game, but is there an easy way?
The cheater is banned, so there is no danger, to play him/her again in a rated game.
No, there isn't and there won't be.
Just because someone is marked doesn't mean he or she cheated against you. So, other than to satisfy your curiosity there's no point in looking it up, as you won't know for sure if he or she was banned because of your game.
