Reaching 2200 on lichess rapid

I experienced that reaching 2300 just makes you wanna reach 2400 and so on.
That's a huge accomplishment! Congrats!
Going from 1500s to 2200s is challenging, and is currently my goal.
Hope I see a "Reaching 2300 on lichess rapid" thread soon!
That's pretty insane to be able to start at 35 and get to that rating so fast. Congrats!

What did you focus most on? (Puzzles, books, videos, just playing?) How did you split your time?

Thanks @greysensei ... Preparing for and having cleared engineering entrance exams in India gave me competitive spirit I guess...(I don't think competition is necessarily a good thing)... other factor is I look for fastest ways of learning, devoting as less time as possible, short cuts to reaching somewhere etc.

In chess
1. I found lichess puzzles quite useful, there was a period where I left playing and only did Puzzles to reach 2500 on puzzles so that I feel confident even playing against higher rated opponents because my puzzles rating will be higher than most of them.

2. Openings are important...with white I look for Botvinnik English setup (taught by GingerGM??), With black - Kan Sicilian(lichess study) against 1e4, QGD 3..a6 variation against 1d4, and some funky stuff pushing pawn to f6 against London system. No books, only videos..
Again I don't know these openings throughout but enough to give some positive results..
