@AOOP09 thanks for the "motivation", what can I do to revive off-topic? Use adrenaline? First aid kit? Cpr? Call an ambulance?

Just make great threads by self. That could be a little help though.

Post as much as possible.
Report if you think someone did something bad.
Open funny and interesting topics.
Repeat.

@Ak888 there are ways, but creating forums like "off topic is dead" is certainly not one of them.

It's not a problem if Off-Topic dies, it's a problem if it survives, as people spam and advertise so much that removing Off-Topic Discussion is better, although many are really good posts, also like AOOP09 mentions it right way, We need to do as much as possible.
@Ak888 Now when these posts come forward more, you need to use your brain power to find suggestion about excluding them.

I like the off topic, its up and down in quality, still like a forum for non-chess stuff. I'm making friends in this forum.
