Got me there! I have no idea how to play against it im handwaving everything from move 2...

Sicilian avoiders who play 1.d4 hate it: "CRUSH" 1. d4 with this complex Opening: The King's Indian Defense!!

(I think, that Sicilian players hate the Albin, the Wing gambit but especially the closed the Sicilians more, also the KID does not really refute 1.d4, it is just one Opening that more or less promises a heated battle...)
