I agree with
@GuerrillaChess here, you're being pretty aggressive and if you don't like it, don't play it.
I play both prechess and chess960 with friends sometimes and both have their own elements of fun. Why does your titled position and Fischer's mental illness give you the right to tell me I'm not allowed to pick which variants I want to play? Saying "replace" when we already have a working framework for one is unruly, but nonetheless, I would like to see an implementation of it.
Do I want a fully tactical game where me and my opponent both know some theory? Classical.
Do I want a still tactical game that is based on the classic but with a spun up beginning? Prechess.
Do I want an element of randomness that throws you right into uncertainty? Chess960.
So, as stated before, I sign on to the notion of adding prechess, but chill out mate.
