Start at your profile.
Click on the "Games" tab on the lower right, several tabs will appear below it.
Next, click on the rightmost tab (labelled "Advanced Search").
Next, click on the bottom menu in the left column (labelled "Mode") and set it to "Rated". Right above the list it will display the number of results (299).
Now, find the menu labelled "winner" in the right column (second menu from the top), set that to "derekw". Right above the list will display the number of rated games you won (125).
Now divide one result by the other:
125/299 = 0.41806 = 41.806%

Probably because I'm better at slow chess but have played more fast chess because you can fit more blitz games than slow games in a given time frame.
