Player forfeited from AWC

"@APU_1 if moderators have more information that would maybe show why was ban you, would you be okay of for them to show in this thread?"

Obviously yes, i would like to show in a public way to everybody and im still waiting and answer of Lichess because they have not said me anything here or in my email...

Is playing well suspicious of something? Yes, suspicious of a good performance like others time. Is as usual bad days and performances than good ones, what an argument without any sense!!!!

And Xeransis talks about only one day playing vs him with less time, another opening and without training and months without playing... But yes, this is not suspicious...

No problem for time to analyze others games with Onubense, i will be waiting for your thoughts about them...

Maybe i should watch how is possible than one person who was 2300 a few months ago is able to win over me 10-2.5, with games with little mistakes and growing to 2550 in days easily when before wasnt able to win good players...

Thanks to Teachmehowtodougie, Redscales and others players than believe in my innocence
All due respect to APU_1 for his work first & foremost.

I personally tend to agree with ProgramFOX. The ban is justified in my personal opinion. The hard work of Lichess mods is appreciated.

Selective engine use is a technique not many are familiar with & most cheaters do not cheat at that level, thus get caught out easily. Those that do so are harder to detect, but detectable nonetheless.

State of mind has a lot to do with this & even the best of us can suffer moments of weakness. It is to be embraced & understood as a human condition.
Thank you @ProgramFOX for the link in post #21. Would it be reasonable to make the evidence aware to the AWC tournament directors, considering that these weren't just random unrated games, and that the atomic community would appreciate that the integrity of this championship has indeed been upheld?

This does seem to me quite an unfortunate circumstance for the AWC. If cheating did occur, it was not obvious to my eye by just looking over the games. And yet... even getting assistance for 1 move, would still be worthy of disqualification. **I did not see the games live as they played and I don't claim to be an expert on finding cheaters either**

I would find it very disturbing if @APU_1 has been wrongly accused of cheating. If I was in that position, I would be outraged.

Unfortunately we can't see any evidence other than the games that were played. My hope is that lichess mods will take this circumstance with all care because the atomic chess community chooses to trust them with this being the place to hold a championship worthy of deciding our champion for the whole year.
I will refrain from expressing any opinion either way.

ProgramFOX is, in addition to being a moderator, on the anti-cheat panel of the AWC.

It is also possible that the decision was made not based on the AWC games, but other recent (or not-so-recent) games that were being processed prior to or during the period of the AWC. Moderators aside, we do not know which games were marked.
In all fairness, most people looked at APU's games with onu and couldn't find cheating. If someone is good enough to beat onu why would they need to cheat in other games??

I think moderators should explain their reasoning, or this will become a riot. They aren't answering APU_1's email either, which is kinda weird. 🤔
I am assume that because @InsaneHasReturned has also been said of lichess to be cheat that same thing that have happen of @APU_1 will be of happen to @InsaneHasReturned . Never I was sure of whether was actual play without engine, but less suspicious I of him than of @APU_1 after I saw those game he play vs @onubense . Maybe was just cheat of some games and not I did see of them. Likely it are games of in tournament Atomic Justice that are of him use engine, because of when was ban but not I am sure. Still, is maybe unfortunate that such thing is happen at time when moderator @ProgramFOX was plan to play player that him are say is cheat.

Also for anyone who are of interest, I not have want do writing of all of rest of games of @onubense vs @APU_1, but all of rest look of like game of maybe computer much like earlier games except of for game 8, which are have some mistake.
Insane should be banned from this tournament and all future tournaments, same as APU_1. The fact that Insane just played @tipau (the tournament director) and is about to play @ProgramFOX (moderator and anti-cheat panel member) suggests this needs to be looked at from an outside and unbiased perspective.
I have forfeited @InsaneHasReturned from the tournament, due to his having been marked.

As before, it's quite a surprising case as like APU_1 he's obviously a good atomic player. I hope that there won't be any more such incidents.
