I sacrificed material, promoted everything into knights and I still won the game.

Promoting into a knight was Brilliant (!!).

Well, promoting to a knight did indeed manage to pick off the rook. However, if you'd simply queened you'd end up with more material.

Well, one can win by any means against Stockfish level 2.

Use your pawns to promote queen is more better.

well, if I would be white, I promote the pawn to queen and win easily.
