Tarrasch Defense question

1.d4 d5 2.c4 e6 3.Nf3 c5 4.cxd5 exd5 5.Nc3 Nc6 6.dxc5! is claimed as a refutation of the Tarrasch, and I would like to have this in my repertoire as I face the Tarrasch regularly, especially against 1900-2000 rated players. However, what happens after black plays 5...Nf6? Now 6.dxc5 Bxc5 is possible, as the d5-pawn is defended; is this line good for white, or should I play something else, like 6.Bg5? (the refutation of 5...Nc6 is here: http://www.alexcolovic.com/2017/05/refutation-tarrasch-defence/)
4...Qxd5 is not the main move. Besides white can play 3 Nc3 first and prevent 4...Qxd5 if he wishes.
5...Nf6 6 Bg5 has a better reputation for white than 5...Nc6 6 dxc5 d4
I would not call it a refutation.
Example:

In #3, I don't understand why not 47 Bxf4. I'm not following your discussion, and I only mention this just in case it's a mistake.
#6 47 Bxf4 is a mistake that would make a win difficult. Black plays 47...Nc3 threatening ...Nb5 attacking pawn a3 and he wins a tempo with ...Kf5 where he reaches a strong defensive position.
47 Nd3 is very strong as Bd2 shuts Na2 out of the game.

A real error is 56 a6, where he should have protected the pawn with 56 Nb7, threatening 57 Nd6+
