Suggestion - New feature *single player database*

So far there is lichess and master database for opening moves. I think it would be nice to add a new feature, which is single player database. This would be good for 2 reasons. First of all, you can study an oponent doing so. Seocond, you can better study your own game. For example, let's say I wanna study my evans gambit games, but it's hard for me to find all the games in the match history. This feature would facilitate me to find those games and thus, improve my games.
Many raised this issue before you and lichess is not doing it.

However this is possible using my chess interface:

github.com/smartchessguiapp/smartchess

You can download your lichess games from your profile and then with the help of this program you can filter this large PGN file for games of interest ( only for a certain variant, a certain rating, certain color etc. ) and then compile a book from the filtered games. It has analysis, so you can evaluate moves in a position, annotate moves etc.

The program has docs, but I can talk you through how to do it if your are interested.
Maybe someone can answer a question?
Does the database that can be followed contain all games?
The reason I ask, is after following many games to the conclusion, it gives many games as winning/losing when the position is often unclear.

Does the database include games where a player lost on time ... possibly timed out in correspondence ? In other words, "all games" or is there a filter?
