You can prolong the suffering but in the end this is long lost. Black will activate the rook, his knight is superior to your bishop, your central majority is paralized, he has two connected passed pawns. Too much to handle.

You can play 26...Bd8, but it is lost anyway. At least 26...Rc2 is more active, attacking pawn b2 and defending with the rook behind the passed pawns.

Trouble starts on move 7 when you try to chase the bishop, and is compounded on move 11 when you don't protect the other pawn. I think you had to save it there, after that it's just delaying the inevitable.
